Classes and Times
Our boxing classes are competition styled classes focusing on boxing skills, technique and fitness. Classes are run Mon-Fri 6:30-8:00pm and Sunday 9:00-10:00am.
Our group fitness classes are designed to increase your strength, endurance and cardio whilst also helping you lose weight. Classes are run Mon and Thurs 5:45-6:30pm and Saturday 9:30-10:30am.
1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
1 on 1 sessions are catered to your health and fitness goals i.e boxing, weights or just
general fitness. Times are upon request and availability.
Kids classes are focused on kids basic skills and fitness while keeping it fun. With the kids class there is no hard contact. Classes run Mon and Thurs 5:00-5:45pm and Saturday 8:00-9:00am.
